1. Service

Affidavit Doorstep provides an online workflow for collecting the information needed to prepare and process requested affidavits. We provide document-preparation and delivery support; we do not act as your lawyer or provide legal advice.

2. Accuracy of information

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and current information. Review the affidavit carefully before payment. If you identify an error, use the edit option before completing payment or contact support as soon as possible.

3. Payment

Online payments are processed through Razorpay. An order is not treated as paid until the payment is successfully confirmed by our system.

4. Documents and delivery

After successful payment, we may generate and securely store the completed affidavit PDF. Delivery information and updates may be provided through the WhatsApp channels shown on the website. Opening a WhatsApp group link is optional, but joining a group may expose your WhatsApp account information to other participants.

5. User conduct

You must not submit information that you do not have permission to use, attempt unauthorized access, abuse payment systems, or interfere with the website or its services.

6. Third-party services

Authentication, hosting, storage and payment may rely on third-party providers. Their own terms may also apply.

7. Intellectual property

Website branding, interface, software and original content belong to the service operator or its licensors. You may use your completed affidavit for your lawful personal or institutional purpose.

8. Changes and availability

We may update the service, pricing, supported affidavit types or these Terms from time to time. We do not guarantee that the website will be continuously available without interruption.
